Data Request Form

About This Form

This report generates two layouts:

• Image Links--list of closeup photos with links to the actual images.
• Checklist--intended as a printable checklist for the closeup photographer.

Using this Form

Comma delimited lists may be specified for each of the leg, site, core, and section fields, e.g.: 172, 174, 1, 4, 5, 16.

Enter only those fields on which you wish to limit the query. For example, if you desire data for one specific hole, you might enter the leg, site, and hole and leave the remaining fields blank.

The Closeup # fields allow a list (e.g. 25, 35, 56) or range (e.g. 600 to 650)of closeup photos to be selected. These numbers preserve to some degree the order in which the closeup records were entered into the database. The closeup IDs are visible at the end of the comment field on the checklist version of this report.

Interval > (greater than) and Interval < (less than) allow the closeup images to be filtered by the width of the core interval imaged. A single value expressed in centimeters is expected for either or both fields.

The Keyword search field is special. Supply a word or list of words delimited by space, tab, comma, or single quote. Records containing any of those keywords will be returned. This is not a full document search--it is a simple sub-string match on the comment, URL, format, and type fields. The search is case insensitive.

Checklist Layout

This page is formatted to fit a typical portrait printed page. The 'Pc' field indicates both piece and subpiece when available. The intervening metadata lines are printed as the fields are available--variable numbers of lines will appear between records.
