SCIENCE UPDATE: Cores 305-U1309D-194R to -200R (938.2 to 969.7 mbsf, 97% recovery) are varitextured, medium- to coarse-grained gabbro. Little modal variation in this cored interval, except in local proportion of plagioclase to pyroxene (only rare minor olivine and or oxide).
