LOCATION: Site 1256

SCIENCE UPDATE: After hole conditioning the Schlumberger logging equipment was rigged up and the Triple Combo deployed. An obstruction was felt at 1440 mbsf that the tool could not pass. The hole was logged from 1440 to 343 mbsf then a repeat pass was made from 1440 to 1095. The bottom of the hole is in gauge and in very good condition. The Triple Combo was retrieved at 1730 and layed down. The VSI was the made up and deployed to 155 mbsf where the tool was left to wait for daylight.
