Research Interests

  • Much of my research focuses on polarity reversals of Earth's magnetic field. By collecting paleomagnetic records of the geomagnetic field as it undergoes polarity reversal, we hope to document how the field behaves during the polarity transition. This in turn will help us understand what causes the field to change polarity.
