LIMS Core Database & Science Applications

Use the LIMS database to access data from Expeditions 320 to the present and data from older cores generated during these expeditions. For DSDP, ODP, and IODP Expeditions 1-312, please see the Janus database. Data Retrieval Report Overview: summary of available LIMS content LIMS Reports: predefined online reports of tabular data and images Web Tabular: online access to entire LIMS database LIMSpeak 1.7.7: graphical interface for viewing data and images (requires Silverlight) LIMS to Excel 7.1.1.3: user-configurable data download tool (requires Java) Please send feedback on tools to JR Developer Technical Documentation User Guides and lab manuals (Cumulus/Techdoc) (no account is needed to view the manuals, just login without one and select the TECHDOC catalog) Accounts All public information can be retrieved with the default account of "guest" and a password of "guest". Accounts are necessary to retrieve data that are in moratorium. To receive a science application account send an email to helpdesk@iodp.tamu.edu. The standard account is last (family) name Change your science application account password. For any data related question please contact the Data Librarian at database@iodp.tamu.edu.
