The U.S. Implementing Organization (USIO) is committed to providing appropriate shipboard facilities and living environment to ensure that each expedition has the best possible chance to achieve its scientific objectives. To attain this goal, we need continual input from shipboard participants on the services and facilities provided. Please take the time to help make future expeditions as effective as possible by filling out this brief survey of your cruise experience.

Cruise evaluations will be reviewed by USIO management and the sources of responses will be kept confidential.
