Function

The Publications Office is staffed by the Yeoperson, whose main duties are to assist the Staff Scientist with the compilation of the IODP Expedition Reports, and the scientific participants with preparation of graphics and the use of associated software. Additional duties include orienting oncoming scientists during port calls, acting as a liaison with the ship’s crew, and helping in the labs as time allows.
